About our classes:
These classes are all a little different! They all include local NH items that will be included on your NH made board! Also include nifty tricks and techniques including salami ribbon, salami roses, kiwi flowers, and many other ways to cut and arrange cheeses. They all even have more local NH samplings of cheeses, salamis, and/or chocolates during the class as well, not just what is included on your board!
Classes at breweries/ wineries/ establishments:
These classes typically feed 2-3 people and last roughly 1.5-2 hours. You may share your ticket with 1 other person, if desired, or keep it all to yourself and everyone in your group makes their own boards! 2 beer/wine/drink tickets are typically included, unless otherwise specified. You may order food at the establishment, if they sell food, during the class! You may enjoy your board at the establishment when class is over and enjoy another beverage, or wrap it up and take it home :)

We offer it completely customizable! Cutting boards and knives provided, all supplies provided, including little serving spoons for the jams and cling wrap provided at the end to wrap it up and take it home. Or enjoy there, either way! We can provide the crackers on the side if need be as well, if everyone plans on enjoying their boards the following day or two instead. But here are our three suggested sizes of boards for everyone to make each.
Small (serves 2-3):
-$103 per board (Includes choice of NH made wooden serving board)
-$80 (assembling on a bamboo platter)

-2 jams
-fruits, crackers, olives, pickles, etc
Medium (serves 4-5):
-$119 per board (Includes choice of NH made wooden serving board)
-$95 (assembled on bamboo platter)

Large (serves 6-8) :
-$145 per board (Includes choice of NH made wooden serving board)
-$105 (assembled on bamboo platter)

All participants will use the same type of serving board, cheeses and meats. We can easily provide gluten free crackers, if needed, and substitute deli meats for more cheeses if true celiac or vegetarian. vegan items will be an up charge, though.
At least 12 small boards made, or at least 9 medium boards made, or at least 7 large boards made.
Will travel within 15 miles of kitchen in Manchester, Nh. If further distance than 15 miles drive, the minimum participants will increase by 1 per size as described in the above paragraph. And after 30 miles, 2 per size, then 45, 3 per size.
May have up to 45 boards made, you may have 2 people share making a board :) (up to 90 people)
